Symphonic strives to stay at the forefront of new trends, formats and changes within all creative industries, which is why we were extremely excited by the launch and success of Native Instruments’ new STEM format, which is revolutionizing the way that DJs mix music on the fly. Wanting to play a key role in the continued growth and popularity of STEMS, we are happy to announce our partnership with Dubseed, the first social marketplace devoted to Native Instruments’ new STEM format.

Dubseed was founded shortly following the launch of STEMS, as a platform for producers and DJs from all genres to share and explore the new format. The platform quickly attracted a community of early adopters, and grew to facilitate the largest collection of free STEM content online. As Dubseed gains momentum, they remain true to their core principles by opening new and direct revenue opportunities to all artists.

Our short-term goals through this partnership are to further assist and influence the success of STEMS. We want to motivate our clients, and those of other distributors, to share our same enthusiasm and commitment to the STEM format. With the help of Dubseed, Symphonic will continue to make the distribution of STEMS more accessible and profitable for all those wanting to take part in this new progression.

As a long-term goal, we would like to open Dubseed to other new media formats, allowing users to profit from selling other forms of content in addition to their original music. We also see great benefit in partnering with a marketplace, as it means one less entity that needs to get paid before our clients. The industry is slowly opening up to the DIY approach to making and selling music, and together with Dubseed, Symphonic wants to assist in the growth of this movement!
