EH Midia And The New Promo System

Been a while since we last spoke about our new promo system and the whole situation that made us move forward with a new promo partner, I've created this post with the purpose to share with you news and concernings about the new system we've implemented.

As you may remember for quite a while we where using a promo system we have developed and was based on 3 services, provided by partners, they were: e-mail management by Mailchimp, online forms by Jotform and file storage by Dropbox. Unfortunately Jotform decided to change their whole subscription plans, from a submission based plan they have changed their system to a submission and form view based plan, this way we've been limited by them, not only for form submissions, but also form views, that means that once we have reached a particular number of form views they would disable ALL of our forms, including the ones we were using in our promo system.

To prevent further issues (and headaches) we have decided to find another partner.

ElitePromo proved to be the most valuable promo partner we had so far, since the very beginning of the EH Midia labels. Not only serving our promos/ music to subscribed/ signed artists, but also to a large amount of music professionals within ElitePromo's own lists. As a result, the feedback/ support rate has increased in at least 300%, and I'm just talking about numbers, because when it comes to the quality of the feedback, there is no way we can compare ElitePromo to any other partner, they are years ahead all of them (I mean it).

My only concerning, for now, is that NONE of our signed artists left a single feedback to our promos. Most likely you're not even receiving them. Probably that's happening because as ElitePromo is a subscription based service, in order to use their service you have to confirm your subscription. I can't tell you exactly how to do it because I can't remember how I did, the promos just started to come in into my e-mail, and I don't have idea who subscribed me first. The fact is, once you get subscribed and confirm your subscription you can opt-in to receive literally hundreds of promos every week, within all genres you can imagine, from dozens of labels.
